GONJI is Porto's gateway to authentic Chinese tea culture. We're a specialty tea house dedicated to bringing traditional Chinese tea - from delicate white teas to aged pu'er - and the ancient art of gongfu cha brewing to Portugal. More than just a tea shop, GONJI is an educational experience where you'll discover the stories, rituals, and craftsmanship behind each cup.

GONJI will be opening its first physical tea house in Porto, Portugal, bringing authentic Chinese tea culture to the heart of the city. Our space will serve as both a retail shop and an educational hub where you can experience traditional tea ceremonies, learn brewing techniques, and explore our curated selection of premium Chinese teas.

GONJI specializes in authentic Chinese teas across all six traditional categories: white tea (delicate and subtle), green tea (fresh and vegetal), yellow tea (rare and mellow), oolong tea (complex and aromatic), black tea (rich and full-bodied), and dark tea including aged pu'er (earthy and deep). We focus on premium, traditionally processed teas sourced directly from respected producers in China's renowned tea regions.
