We sell tea, tea-related products and other products displayed on our website.

Product availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, quantities, prices and other information are accurate.

Colours and appearance may vary depending on your device or screen.

For food products, customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information made available with the product and contacting us before purchase if they require additional information.

Prices displayed to consumers include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown before completion of checkout.

The total price payable will be displayed before you confirm your order.

4. ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

The version applicable to an order is the version in force when the order is placed.
